hello my name is Micah and I'll be your bartender for today today's cocktail we're going to be making is a really really delicious cocktail very simple not a whole lot of mixes but it's very silky smooth and you'll see why with so many grains that we use today Scott dough is called the millionaire it's worth every penny you're gonna spend on buying this one so we're gonna make this with some Maker's Mark bourbon really delicious / every one of my favorites as well as a dash of grenadine which is very very sweet and a little bit of orange liqueur or triple sec we're going to use an egg white as well so I've prepared the egg white and we'll show you that later on and then we're going to go ahead and build this right into a cocktail glass and we're going to do a different shaking method which is called the dry shake and then we'll go ahead and actually ice it most shake it again just to chill it down so first thing we need is a cocktail glass and we'll Isis what up know what we're going to do is we're gonna head and grab our shaker glass to do the dry shake with the egg way so the reason why we went to the dread stay with the egg right is so that it really foams up and cuz they're really nice sort of froth into it as well using egg whites the always one use of freshest eggs you can that's the that's the key ingredient whenever using eggs now the reason why someone would use an egg white is because of the texture that gives to your actual cocktail it's gonna be a lot smoother a lot silk here so really the texture is going to be really involved in your cocktail with it so next thing we're gonna do is go ahead and add in our maker's mark we're gonna put it out and a half and then we're going to put in a splash of grenadine just a little bit to enhance some of the colors and then we're going to go ahead and put in some triple sec go ahead and put in just a splash into a cocktail now what I'm gonna do is I'm going to shake this up and do a dry shape so meaning without ice and then we're going to go ahead and that ice and now it's all it down making sure it's nice and chilled then we'll strain this into our glass with ice so you see that really nice good Frost from the a garnish this with a cherry and there you have it my delicious millionaire cocktail I hope you enjoyed this cocktail if you have any questions we'd like to check out other cocktails you can visit me at triple W ask my bartender calm until next time Cheers
