welcome back once again to how to cook food calm if you haven't already please click that button and subscribe to our Channel on the menu today really easy tuna pasta it's fast tastes great let's can do it okay let's get started got a pan here today we're going to be using some sunflower oil olive oil is nice or anything are you like actually heating it up with a drop in some onions I like plenty of onions in isn't is showing it really helps it along some finely chopped garlic today I'm going to be adding some dried we garner or oregano you could use dried basil or a mixture of Latin Italian spice garlic Lee I said a little bit of salt let's get some black pepper in there what we're going to make with these onions and the garlic in the herbs just for about two to three minutes then we can move on to the next stage so simple this one really nice and quick if I was you now I would actually cook some pasta get your pasta cooked so this doesn't take that long so with the pasta nice big pan lots of cold water in there add a touch of salt bring it to the boil ragin I mean really raging hot you need it plop the pastor of your choice in I'm going to using just a macaroni today and once it's cooked to however you like drain it off no need to watch it or anything just stick it into a colander or a sieve set it aside and it's going to go in here once we've got this together let's be back in couple of minutes as you can see you two coming on really nicely at this stage do this it's totally optional I'll just put a few olives and up with some lovely olives there that's black olives the stones in let's give it a nice little flavor and again optional going over the top a little bit today got the ranch of these I really like that some people really don't like any of this I love it really really salty now what we're going to do by the way if you wanted you could add a nice bit of chili now put in fresh chili or something with some cayenne pepper or something that'd be really good now we're going to do is we're going to put up cheering but I just want to show you two types of tuna expensive really beautiful cheap kind of little bits and all that the cheap stuffs really great for this kind of stuff this is really good for you know if you're making salads and things like that today we're going to put them both in there's our cheaper one which like I say is perfect for making a sauce there's a slightly more expensive there's huge amounts of difference in types of tuna so yeah if you see a bargain or what you think is a bargain in your store for cheap tuna it's because it's usually that kind of sandwich type of stuff off that kind of shopped up the cheaper one you get wavy for basically turning the heat up now just want to cook this for like a minute or so before we hang out tomato just using a regular tuna Tomatoes here they are whole so what I'm going to do is open them and then roughly chop them with a knife then they're going to go in see the moment just smelling amazing now those Tomatoes then they go just roughly chop them let's cook this now on that kind of rolling boil need to kind of you kind of rolling away stir often we're kind of doing this quick today normally our tube to make any kind of tomato sauce or Mary Ann oil pasta sauce you cook it for a lot the longer the better today we're just going to do this one just for about four to five minutes keep stirring as you can see our source has really come together now just tasted it it's absolutely wonderful check this for salt now I mean there's no way I need to sort of put anchovies in and olives Plusle so there's nothing done I'm going to need anymore sort of short but you may well need to okay comma past yeah except some macaroni and that goes we can turn off the heat now and if your Buster is cold because you cooked it a little bit early it's probably enough heat in this pan now the source to heat it through so just cover all of the past there make sure gets a nice coating there you go I mean that's pretty simple like I say if you wanted add a touch chili I've use the Oregon OH or oregano but go for basil thyme that's up to you play around with it a little bit it's all good I think hope you enjoy see you again soon bye
