okay so today i'm going to show you how to segment an orange so that you're getting rid of all the pith and all of the peeling as well so first of all we need to chop the top off and then chop the bottle and then you need to go around the orange with your knife you just carry around it like this getting rid of all the pith you can use this in fruit salads or anything that you don't want to have a piss and that you just keep going around like that travis lee try and leave as much of the orange on the orange itself all right just check you got my spit off a little bit there okay now the orange has the natural lines of each segment so you need to go down side just find the side of it like that and then it just flips out you'll see that on each side there is the skin so you go down there like that and flip that over and go to the next one and you do that all the way around and then you have just the skin left from the center you
