hi everybody welcome back to Carlitos cooking adventures today we're gonna do something very very simple for this there were little preparation it's all about the quality of your fish so right now we have yellowtail this yellowtail right here came from the market fundraise from Japan a lot more fat in the fish than the local stuff that we get so anyway actually you can see how shiny the fishes and that's because of the fact look a super greasy but anyway fat thanks good especially when it comes to fish I'm gonna cut this sashimi I'm gonna take a little bit of an angle so for preparations better she's gonna go right here this right here is the belly of the fish I always want to have the belly of the yellowtail just a lot better so we're gonna do I like my cuts not too thick not too thin that right there should be enough and now we're just gonna go ahead and play this is very very simple I do want to go very traditional on this Japanese style right here we have daikon radish daikon radish helps you place all the fish right here is shiso leaf okay so now we're gonna finish the plating turn that around so you can see it I always have to plate towards me anyway so here we have some ginger clean the palate after trying it right here yeah this stuff from the bottle I know so little about that now we clean up the spoon this is some green onions that I just caught in the ice so it's gonna get a little bit curly give me a nicer presentation put a little bit more so I found some hakuna at the market do some of the roofie or something I really like that stuff that's how simple it is I think I gotta try this I don't know but I'm already you know going crazy here you know and I gotta do Chloe wasabi I don't want any sorry I don't want just that I want to taste the fish mm-hmm my friends let me tell you need to run to the market right now get some yellowtail and enjoy this until next time my name is Carlos Kemp thank you for watching my show I'll see you guys later
