Hi everyone! Welcome back to my channel! Today i'll show you how to make Chocolate caramel cake (Chocolate Flan cake) At first, boil sugar till it melt and have nice brown color to make the caramel Pour the hot caramel into the cake
instant soles mold quickly. I use the 20cm mold. To prepare for the flan cake, we need to use some ingredients as you can see on screen. Mix them together and boil the mixture Beat 3 eggs and 2 egg-yolks with 1 tsp vanilla extract Mix the hot milk-mixture and the eggs This part is how to make the chocolate chiffon cake. You can see the ingredients on screen. Seperate the yolk and white egg. Beat the white eggs with sugar till stiff. Add the yolks and mix well. Add vegetable oil, milk and 1tsp vanilla extract. Mix well. Add the flour and cocoa powder through a grate into the mixture and mix well. Pour the eggs-mixture through a grate into the mold first, then the chocolate-mixture. If you wonder why the chocolate layer and the flan layer are not mixed together? Oh well, because the chocolate chiffon layer is really light and soft, so it is able to rise above the flan layer easily. Bake this cake in water in a tray at 170*C about 45-50mins Yay!! The cake is done!!! Let's cool it and then take it out of the mold and taste it! The taste of this cake is much better if you let it cool in the frigde about 30mins. Good luck to you!!!
