hey guys today i'll be showing you a video how to make persian lamb change a kabob basically what we're going to be using is lamb back strap you can use lamb leg if you like but i prefer to use back strap has a better flavor so basically get your land back strap so basically the rectangle pieces like that now these are fairly clean if there's any sinew like this sort of stuff here just use your sharp knife to cut those all off just like that now this particular one just cut straight through the middle and you want to turn them into one centimeter cubes like that so this recipe i'll be doing it based on two kilos so let's go ahead dice all up okay guys so that's what we're left with after bossing all that so let's get started with the marinade so guys get one brown onion and we're just gonna slice that it doesn't have to be too thin or too thick now so we're also going to be adding a quarter cup of sunflower oil or canola oil if you like a quarter cup of lime juice two tablespoons of suffering water and for our spices we've got two tablespoons of salt half a tablespoon of turmeric two tablespoons of red sumac and one tablespoon of black pepper so just give that a good mix around and add that to your mix as well and we'll also add two tablespoons of some greek yogurt to tenderize okay what we're going to do now guys is just give this a good mix around next safarily you don't want all the sauces in just one place you want to be spread out okay guys so this is what we're left with now so all you want to do is just glad wrap that and keep it in the fridge for about four hours before cooking it and ensure you grill it don't fry it all right thanks guys enjoy if you like it please like and subscribe leave a comment if you have any requests please leave a comment to enjoy
