hello again and welcome to Dubai for fun everyone involved migrated act and Cooking Channel in dude Dubai and my name is song kilobits yes this is the great American cooking channel where I add my twists and turns Flay lose her spices just a selfie hey man anything I've done straight shits on the wallet I'm alright hey what am I talking about Oh grilled mackerel not just any other world my food of course it's gonna have my shenanigans as usual Inga we call it Chicago which is synonymous with the guards and I'll tell you what when you go to meals to market at night leave a soft pliable KK with this you know freshly chopped grilled mackerel with some chili sauces oh that's heaven yes anyway so that's what I was making today then I'm actually properly no I blended in I just welcoming thank you yes and it was the first time a swatch so to start off I've got this beautiful macro that I got from my local fish mongers he did got the fish for me and also took the girls out equally you can do that yourself I think maybe I have to do a video for that and now I do have my Holy Grail which is my ginger onion garlic and the seed of course and I blended it together and I've added about 2 tablespoons full and to my macro interestingly enough mackerel is known as Sun and in Ghana but of course it is mackerel and I do love this fish it's just beautiful and it's inexpensive as well now I'm adding my smoky raw pepper mix show the smoky Canyon salsa to it I'd leave a link at the top about that recipe we just made out of roasted peppers tomorrow some chili of course of man Swiss and onions and it's just beautiful in a scope of garlic in there as well and a little bit of ginger so here's a must-try so I'm incorporating that because I will be serving the mackerel with a sauce so what better way than to incorporate that into this flavor yeah now out of our two tablespoon full of olive oil which is optional anyway - mixture and add your salt to taste with that in mind I'm now going to be rubbing this beautiful mixture and flavor into the fish equally you can also see in it make some slits into the fish to allow the flavors to incorporate into it however I just wanted the flavors to stick to the skin and not really match into the fish reasoner's mackerel has own distinctive taste I don't want to lose the taste I'm just enhancing the flavors so of course the skin would have that beautiful caramelized sort of flavor in there however we maintaining the flavor of the fish so that's why I haven't you know made any slips or anything in there because I'm enhancing the flavors now naturally as you were always Norma's channel it's about incorporating natural flavors and you know there's nothing official about it it's healthy eating absolutely and definitely a pescetarian dish here once you've done this pre-heat your grill to 190 degrees and we're going to be grilling this bad girl until she's just beautiful and moist now you don't want to overcook macro because mackerel is just like this beautiful fish that has to be cooked so it's 190 degrees there's a perfect temperature for this now incorporating substrates of rosemary into the cavity of the fish you can use the guinea and basil if you don't have access to rosemary now this is to allow the oils of the rosemary infused into the fish now is best to char grill but of course I'm using a grill now when I do char grill my macro I prefer to wrap it in banana leaves as you can see here and grill it so make sure that the flavors the Jews and the moisture and everything is still intact so there's a trick you should definitely try I'll leave a link at the top as to the recipe as well so place your fish in the grill and grill this for 10 to 12 minutes nothing more and you'd end up with this beautiful perfect fish now I then set this fish with a bit of chimichurri sauce I'll leave a link at the top so that you can actually see how I made that and in this instance I included some white or or the guinea and green chilies you can use any green chillies just give it that kick and spice as well and here we have a piece there is a stones look at that is your mouth not watering of course my chateau know that that ended its West as always this dish was just incredible so what I did will slice some onions and I toss a little bit of the rock oh sheeeeeit or chimichurri sauce Charlie does a mouthful I tossed a little bit and mixed it and I placed at the bottom of the plate and saft the fish on top of it now these are the three famous Guinean sources that can be enjoyed with this fish namely we have fake like or which is the famous grinning green chili sauce it's incredible I'll leave a link at the top so you can try that recipe and then this is the raw pepper as well from ghana of course with my own twist i'll also leave a link at the top for it and the ever-so-popular Canion black chilli sauce which is known as a shuttle yes is a must try recipe now this dish is actually enjoyed with kinky or banku now Bangu recipes i mean of god think about two different versions and i'll leave a link at the top as well or you can actually just watch any of my previous video just check the description box at the bottom which would help you with that now I have given you reasons to click that subscribe button and most importantly share with family and friends do appreciate each and every one of you thank you all for supports the constant support and even times when you've never heard from me is still performing I appreciate that a lot and girl you guys tell me it's incredible and I'll tell you there's some wonderful things happening and I asked her I'm revealing them but hey thank you guys I cannot do this without you guys so yes I appreciate each and your whether you should I give me a dance think let us stick to the cooking yes absolutely find a list of ingredients including the measurements on my blog into Dubai for fats blog spot.com I'm also on Facebook Instagram and Twitter as in to do bye for now until next time take care of you be you be nice be beautiful and always shine through because you are special and beautiful just the way much love thank you for watching
