hey everyone breath lucid here's the lifestyle rejuvenator and in this video we're going to make prison wadis with these two guys and water report here is everything that we'll need the blue-green algae so fulvic acid a 64 ounce glass jug two mason jars now we're going to fill up the mason jar which is filled or spring water three-quarters of the way full now we open up our blue-green algae and we're going to use half a tablespoon per mason jar then we go now we'll give it a quick stir stir it up real good now we'll top it up with the distilled or spring water now we add our fulvic acid I usually put around 5 to 7 draw this helps with the mineralizing now I'll give it another quick stir I've cut up some cheesecloth that I'll use as a lid we wanted to breathe and I'll put an elastic band to tighten it up alright here we go I will do the exact same with the second one all right now we'll bring these over by a window or in direct sunlight and we'll let them sit here for two days two days have gone by and we are all done now look at this cool blue violet purple color of water and we'll take off our cheesecloth and we'll waste out the inside of the glass jar let the paper towels get off and residue before we pour it in the jug now all we do is pour the water the prism water in the 54 ounce jug and we're all done check it out we got prison water now to drink it we'll grab a jar and we'll put in about eight ounces of the solution and then we'll just top it off and we'll top it off with distilled or spring water and then we add five drops of fulvic acid and it's ready to drink and that's how you make rejuvenating prison water thank you very much for watching this video if you liked it give me a thumbs up and if you want to see more videos like this please hit the subscribe button down below this is Bret blue so the lifestyle rejuvenator is helping people rejuvenate your lifestyle through a plant-based diet fitness and mindset we'll see you on the next one
