Hi everybody and welcome to my channel
today were making cauliflower and kale soup and a brilliant and delicious
crispy kale crisps on the top. This is a lovely starter for Christmas or
Thanksgiving it's really easy to make and it's low in fat well. So there's the
ingredients for you jot those down as you go please do give this video thumbs
up and don't forget to subscribe below if you're ready I'm ready let's get
cooking for the soup you will need one large head of cauliflower cut into
florets three tablespoons of olive oil 2 onions diced a large baking size potato
peeled and diced 2 garlic cloves 2 stock cubes and a 250 gram bag of kale start by heating the oven to 180 degrees
Celsius 160 degrees on a fan oven or gas mark 4 place the corn flour in a large
bowl and then add half the olive oil you want to add the seasoning here as well
then mix it all together so it's really nicely coated then spread it on a baking tray and
roast it in the oven for around 20 to 25 minutes meanwhile in a large saucepan soften the
onion and the potato in the remaining oil and cook for about 10 minutes then
add the garlic and cook for another minute when the cauliflower is ready
remove it from the oven and add it to the sauce pan and then add the stock
cubes along with two liters of water bring all that to a simmer and then
cover and cook for 10 minutes now stir in the kale and leave uncovered and cook
for another 5 minutes the suits now ready to be pureed in either a blender
or hand blender and it's now ready to serve top the suit
