Please explain how to marinate a brisket

okay we just wanted to share a really super simple brisket recipe with you this brisket marinade recipe is just really easy to do what we did was we went ahead and chopped up one head of garlic you can see that on the top we also trim that brisket really well we bought a brisket that wasn't trimmed because it was on sale didn't trim all the fat you can still see some of the fat on there and actually I trimmed so much that I put some of it back in there you can see on the side which it'll just contribute to the flavor while it's cooking be a really juicy brisket and then the main ingredient is clods barbecue brisket marinade sauce awesome product all the saw all the spices all the ingredients are already incorporated in that prepackaged clods and then we're just going to throw that clods over the top of that brisket let it marinate for about 14 to 16 hours in that juice and then you don't remove the juice you just cook it in that juice in the oven at about 275 to 300 degrees this brisket will probably take about four hours and it'll be done and it'll just pull apart because of marinating for you don't even have to marinate it for that long we've done them as Kwak as fists it's better than that as fast as four to six hours when we were out camping and it still comes out excellent but the longer the marinade the better to get all that marinade incorporated into them to the meat and you're going to cook that again for probably about four hours going to be a really delicious brisket
