everyone to train yourself to hear a little how-to video for you if you've got one of those Camelback water bottles and it's getting gummed up and nasty here's how to clean it let's go through the process of how we take one of these apart the first thing you're going to do I just grab on to the top of this and I like to twist it until these silicone pads right here are over these edges then I grab the top and pull it off now some people recommend taking a butter knife and jamming it up into here so you can get underneath that and I don't recommend that because as you can see if I slip this butter knife could come into my finger and possibly cut me open and a cut from a dull blade he's not a cut that I want to have so get rid of that you don't need it alright don't listen to someone who tells you to do that you're gonna grab in here with your thumb and grab the top of the silicon mouthpiece and then you're just gonna push to the side until it comes out now I've done this a couple times with this so it might be a little bit more loose I recommend that when you get these parts you do this several times to loosen this up to make it easier for you to do it was a little bit more difficult than it seems now the first time I needed to do this and then the last thing you need to be concerned with is this o-ring right here don't lose that when you're washing this and then you can get and clean in all these spaces you could even poke something through there and you can clean all in this space right here let's go through reassembly I take the silicone mouthpiece I hold it the exact same way get it in there tilted push down with your thumb and then that just snaps into place that's it good to go take the cap I put it on again so that those things are on the side push down and twist at the same time and if it doesn't work the first time keep twisting over that and push down and twist tie your little pads down and you're good to go works perfectly no butter-knife necessary and you can clean everywhere [Applause]
