hi it's me max of all trades I look cooking me a lesson so I've just started so yeah my cameras lady is out so I'm by myself so I'm going to show you what I'm doing now you love that ted's icky stuff you know it's a Greek recipe it's a thick yogurt with the cucumbers and garlic in it I'm going to show you how you make it so first of all what I got you got a bowl I have a strainer I'll make sure that the siRNA doesn't touch the bottom because quite a bit of water is going to seep out of this this is cheesecloth I have four layers of it so to make sure it's straight and this is just a plain yogurt 2% fat in it so that way and it's gonna taste really good and only 2% fat in it so I'm gonna soak all this right in okay so I'm gonna empty this make sure I love this little tool because it permits me to really get all that stuff out to make sure that I get everything I paid for so every last drop because I want it okay so it's neat to even to go against the edges make sure it's it's all empty okay so and this the next step is very easy so I just let this what's gonna happen you should start already as you can see it's dripping now so what's what's happening now it's the water is seeping out and what's gonna be left of it it's going to be it's called eleven a lemon a is a thick yogurt so right now this is I think it's should be it's like 50% humidity so I'm going to take out about I don't know how but maybe 40% humidity so this I'm gonna let it sit in the fridge or maybe it's gonna drip maybe for four or five hours you're going to see a big difference I'll show you that the steps as I go yeah everybody this is a little part 2 of making it Tatsuki III had container just to show you what I'm gonna make so you see here yeah I thought I hope I pronounced it okay Satsuki anyways so after overnight because I put in the fridge because since it's a dairy product so this is one liter that I added of plain yogurt see this is what's what's out of it so this is just a soaked overnight so in here there's nothing wrong I haven't found nothing good to do with it yet because it's very very salty I tasted it it it tastes a lot so if you're I don't know there's probably something to you but in the meantime I just put it away so anyway so this is to take it out so just I just dumped it in the sink so I just dip it right here then I give it this I give it a good rinse and then I reuse it after so this is the end product alright so this is a new jar that's got all the threads just to show you the consistency this is as you can see it's it's new so this is the difference so this is out of the jar see how it is I'm gonna mix it up just a bit this is to show you since its it's fresh I'll just show you how thick it is see this is before after the the cheesecloth and overnight see right now how thick it is you can even make a dip sauce out of this or the way I like it also if to taste it's called hopefully again I guess I pronounced okay it's Lipnick it's like it's a bit similar to cottage cheese you can dip it in whatever you want but the difference between cottage cheese and this this is 2% fat and compared to cottage cheese which is about 19 I think it's 16 or 19 percent fat which is very fattening so but to taste the water that came out is very very salty so and then you may like it like that but to my taste I add maybe just a quarter of a cup a teaspoon of salt that's it I give it a good shake and then the next steps to make it said Sookie it's it's another kind of dipping sauce the only thing you do with this you take cucumbers or zucchinis chop them up and really small dices really return you guys' mix it in there also with garlic up to taste and you get another different sauces or basically this is the base of to make up if you like natural chips or to dip your veggies in it and make them low-fat dipping sauce this is a dip I mean sorry this is the good thing to do and it's very tasty it's very good as you can see you can even use it in desserts you just add a bit of fruits to it I know completely turn to taste up to something else like a dessert also you can have a drop of honey in there and use it as maybe kind of whipping cream or something like that so anyways this is another tip with Mac's how-to to take care of your to cut down fat so I'm cooking also because I left to cook also so stay tuned if you like this video please subscribe and don't worry all right the directions have to do this bow and if you also different items recipes you can try it with that so you'll like it so stay tuned to my two channels you'll see I'll upload more cooking a little with Mac's take care
