Hi I'm Shay from Death by Burrito, and I'm going to show you how to make a perfectly rolled Burrito with no tears or escaping filling. First warm a large, wheat tortilla on a hot, dry pan for 20 seconds on each side. This makes it easy to work with. Place your tortilla on a clean work surface, lay your chosen filling on one half of the tortilla leaving a 3cm gap around the edge. Fold the bottom end of the tortilla nearest to you up and over the filling and tuck the edge tightly under the filling. Fold over the sides and start to roll the Burrito forwards. Continue rolling forwards, folding in the sides once again. Roll all the way up until you reach the end and place back in the pan to seal. And that's how to make a perfectly rolled Burrito.
