we're cooking a stir-fry everybody's always asking for something that they can cook in 10 minutes when they get home from work this is it we're gonna do a stopwatch today and see if we can actually cook it without editing in 10 minutes jumping into the photos from last week a chicken parma i'm not going to go through them all because there's so many I've never seen more photos than chicken horrid did you notice all over the place I think people people like chicken parma and tons of them so I've just got five or six there whiz through the mire and this ones with like really nicely done some not so nicely done but mostly pretty good and people send in funny still photos that's more of a a trend shall we say at the moment that I don't think I one's as good as the last one the last olive oil salt pepper and many more games all sort of mix together all mix together okay cool i'll show you how to make a very simple dressing that is just mind-blowing a good right so this stuff here whole-grain mustard spoonful just like that nice big spoonful plop it in there and you want to make it enough for a few goats you don't know me make an address in each time you probably make it each time do you want to just make it in advance little squeeze our honey in there sweetens it up yeah honey who doesn't like homey here you hate honeydew melon really I could like that's gonna be a steel dressing but any sort of present third vinegar two-thirds Oliver you remember that or not yet and get that little wipe right so that's your sort of base mixture right if you want to lead the honey out by all means do if you want to make this more advanced and add some parsley some coriander some little time leave some you know you can extend it some nuts maybe a little chopped and whatever sort of nuts you want perfect no the dresser do you make Tom I'm guessing it's always split is it so there's always like olive oil and then vinegar like it kind of separates yeah that right was good so this is how you make a dressing and where it all sort of stays as one mixture if you know to me you see how slow that oil is going in can you see that on what's this cam cold here by the way baby come baby
