hi guys welcome to my channel previous cm and loved Ian today I'll show you how to make bus it is a very popular drink and enjoyed everywhere in Russia in Ukraine and all the X Soviet Union countries in Latvia they used to sell it on the streets with terrashock or chip leg so used to drink it a lot and I thought share this recipe with you if you want to make it at home we're going to make few rays in black rye bread or any dark black bread sugar yeast a lot of water and a plastic also well we can put our fast into add your water into a deep pan we're going to bring our water to the boiling point while your water is boiling I'm gonna toast our black bread you can do it in a toaster or on the pan until it's nice and a little bit burnt when your water starts to boil we're going to turn up the heat completely add the raisins we're gonna cover this with it and leave for 8 hours or overnight it's been 8 hours let's have a look now the mixture is nice and brown so we're gonna get rid of the bread take your sugar and yeast and place everything newsman cover the mixture and leave again for six hours okay sixteen six hours and you can see the raisins that float we're gonna get rid of the races and strain our cross got my plastic bottle and I'm just gonna fill it up with glass now our cross goes into the fridge for about eight hours or best if it stays overnight and then it's gonna brew and get more flavors in and then we're gonna finally try it okay so I have just taken this out of the fridge it's been in there overnight and you can see the color is nice and dark and this is the color you want it to be so we're just gonna pour it and try Cheers not better of you that's what we say what I'm about to drink let's do this a try mm Wow the flavors are very nice and strong sweetness comes from the radiance and the sugar and you do get that Brady taste but it's so refreshing I like it cold and on a hot summer day it's a perfect drink to enjoy I hope you like my video don't forget to subscribe share and like it and I'll see you next week bye
