all right today I'm gonna show you guys how to do a really cool magic trick with borrowed money you just start by walking up to a spectator or a friend whoever you're gonna do the trick for and you ask them to if you could borrow a dollar tell them you'll give it back to them you know they'll give you the dollar and then you want to talk to them about you know George Washington and how cool you think he would look if he had a pair of sunglasses so you're gonna take their bill and you're gonna draw some sunglasses on him so I'll do that right now after you've drawn them on there just flick your hand just like that when you show the shades move up on his face just like that and you can give this bill back to them as a souvenir and they can tell all their friends how awesome you are what you're gonna need so you need blank dollar I I went and got a brand-new dollar nice and crisp and that nice and straight with no wrinkles on the face of the bill or anything like that to make the gimmick to be able to pull this effect off what you do is you take the bill and you're going to draw some sunglasses right on his face right here she just draw some sunglasses across his face and then you're going to need an exacto knife you're gonna cut around the sunglasses around his head in that area what you're gonna end up with is a piece it looks like this that's what you're gonna end up with so you're cutting sunglasses out just like that so you're cutting around his head now once you've cut this piece out this is the the gimmick I went and I got some of these from Home Depot and they're just little metal strips for you know fixing furniture you don't have to use these this is what I chose to use and I just I used some pliers and I pushed all these rivets down so the piece was flat and I glued it right on the back of this piece here so I have this part of his head just like this with that metal piece and glue it on the back now this is your gimmick you're also gonna need a band-aid with a magnet this is not the only method this is just the one I chose to use for right now but I have a magnet in here you can see all right so now what you do is you're going to keep this under your thumb you're going to borrow a dollar bill from somebody and you don't tell them what you're doing but uh you borrow a dollar bill from them and you're gonna draw shades on the top of his head kind of like this this is not a very good job but you kind of get the idea and as you're drawing the shades you know you're using the sharp you draw on the shades on there and after you're done you're pretending like it's drawing and while you're doing that you're just placing your gimmick over top of his head so it looks something like that right and you're holding it with the magnet on the back and when you're ready to do it what you do is you go one two and then three you want to slide your finger up and then back down behind the bell and it happens so fast that the spectators can't tell so you got it here that's on his face you just that was a bad one but I'll show you so it's on his face and you just like that really quick I think you could see in the performance that I did for you it is really really fast and it looks really good so let me show you one more time so place the gimmick on his face I think so and then just like that and they can hand this dollar bill out and this is still kind of hidden light your band-aid so it's stuck on your finger they they're not gonna be able to see it you can hand it out just like that and that's it hope you guys like it let me know what you think there it is
