shrunken appleheads I've been meaning to do this for Halloween how-to but my apples don't come in till October late October so I don't have time to get them done for Halloween there's one of the heads and curved another one I'll show you how to carve one so I'm looking at the profile and I want to slice up a bunch to get the slope of the nose profile and just whatever camera is draw in my nose I'm going to draw the nose kind of deep across the top drawing some brows and slice away everything that's not the nose you don't have to be too exact because we're going to dehydrate these apples which will shrink everything up and make these look like old people and scary people witches and goblins and all kinds of stuff when I was a kid we had this little gizmo that used to go on top of incandescent light bulbs that would fry these out and I don't know where those went I haven't been able to find one lately probably if you got kids and you're letting them do this and we want something a little less dangerous drawing some lips tiny little slits and the eyes put some beads in there this is done I'm going to preheat the oven to 150 s and so don't have the incandescent light bulb dehydrators anymore I'm going to hang them in there until they dry already I'm going to hang them that means with this one with the broken stem I'm going to have to get a Christmas bulb hanger and drive in there to hang it otherwise you'll get the lines from the oven grates all right now show them to you when they're done and I'll get to dress them up with yarn and beads and everything so this is what I got to hang them from found some paper clips just bend them around with my fingers and I yam these things in the top here just like that hang them from the old rack since I found that it's probably I can turn off all the stems here they are hanging out in the oven getting gassed here they are for your Halloween burry beads fries and yarn for hair so that one's mouth shut that one's got Trixie fangs from being a puppy as her teeth beads fries yarn for hair there's some Henryk teeth and yarn for hair beats for eyes you
