hello hello hello welcome to spenard where Santa Claus makes the drinks and everybody else is a bunch of Dinks the first week we're going to be making today is the naughty version of our house-made eggnog we're going to start with one raw egg we're gonna give that a nice dry shake to start the process we're going to start with a nice out and a half of mount gay black barrel room and then we're going to add our house-made eggnog syrup with cinnamon cloves and nutmeg three-quarters of an ounce add ice shake with vigor and then a dusting of ground nutmeg and there you have the naughty eggnog now we're going to make the nice version of our house-made eggnog same rum outs and a half a mount gay black barrel standard shots as three quarter ounces of our house-made eggnog simple syrup couples flashes of soda water and ice garnish with a cinnamon stick happy holidays from the spenard roadhouse oh ho ho
