guys the drink that I'm about to make is called the Midori splice Mei famous obviously by Midori it actually was so famous that it got turned into an ice cream treat and this is how we make the alcoholic drink version so first of all we need the Midori melon liqueur then we're going to put in some Malibu coconut rum plenty of pineapple juice and then we're gonna top it off with some fresh cream first of all we're gonna take our tall glass and fill it up with ice then we're going to take our Midori and add one shot or 30 mils we'll add the same of Malibu one shot 30 mils for the pineapple we're going to add in three shots so 90 mils of pineapple juice 1/2 three and then finally we're gonna add in a shot of cream we're gonna try and layer that over the top so you grab a spoon just gonna pour that there we go now just as a garnish take maraschino cherry we just pop that on top and there you have the Midori splice
