good day everybody its Sunday September 18th already if you can't believe that this is Shelley hi I'm here live on my Facebook page and I'm going to share with you how to make a really really great coffee creamer recipe now a majority of the people who joined my awesome seven-day group which is absolutely free my next one starts on October 3rd it's basically what I have you do for seven days is cut out any processed foods any refined sugar any artificial sweeteners alcohol and white carbs so and during the seven days you see such amazing results but what happens with a lot of people's they come to me and that one of the biggest things they have a hard time giving up is non dirty coffee creamers hi Melinda hi Claudia nice to see you and really those those ones that come in the liquid form or the powder form are really really not so good for you they are full of chemicals and fillers and artificial sweeteners artificial flavors refined sugars high-fructose corn syrup is often present and a lot of really other weird stuff and basic half-and-half is totally fine with a little bit of honey or gravy maple syrup or stevia excuse me just like I might get my stevia out of the cupboard this is the stevia I use in the liquid form of stevia is probably a little bit better it's a little bit less processed but this is really convenient to have the packets so for today this is a plant-based creamer so it is essentially non-dairy but you could sub out heavy whipping cream if you really wanted to do that but there's nothing wrong with the ingredients that I'm going to show you today and it's it's delicious it's really really good so what you do is open a can of coconut milk we have one can of coconut milk I recommend the hive full fat but you can choose my if that's fat is an issue for you there's nothing wrong with full fat coconut milk and then you are going to add a little bit of pure vanilla extract sorry that lighting is so bad but it's pure pure vanilla extract and depending on you know your your taste you can add up to a tablespoon of it but I'm just gonna do a little tiny bit just to make sure it's pure now one thing you can do as well as say you like hazelnut flavoring for your coffee creamer you can get a hazelnut pure vanilla extract as well and you know like they make the almond one there's a bunch of them just make sure whatever flavoring you're choosing that is in fact pure and I always always always suggest going with organic so I've got my little bit of vanilla pure vanilla extract I've got my full can of full fat coconut milk and then I'm going to add I'm gonna choose honey because my husband likes his coffee a little bit sweet I can handle it without you can totally omit this week part of this but I'm gonna use honey but you can also use grapey maple syrup you can also use if you don't want any sugar at all in it you can use stevia and if you're a Steve a stevia user you know how much you really like but for me I would probably put a half a packet in this cuz it's gonna make quite a bit and you don't want it to too sweet and stevia is very concentrated and sweetness much sweeter than regular sugar when you add it to food so keep that in mind and sometimes it can get better now another option is cinnamon so I'm going to put a little tiny bit of that in not too much and as far as the sweetener again that is your choice how much house you know how sweet you like things so a tablespoon would work if you like it remember this is gonna go a little far you have a full can so of course you're not gonna put this whole amount in one cup of coffee right you're gonna this is gonna last in your fridge for a couple days so I'm just gonna use about a half a tablespoon and any one of these combinations is fine the maple syrup gives it a nice flavor the stevia is a little bit different the honey of course is a little bit different and then the last thing you're gonna use is coconut oil and I recommend if yours is solidified I would microwave it for just a few seconds to heat it up if your home is hotter than 70 degrees it's gonna it's gonna liquefy on its own and my home is it's pretty pretty runny right now so I'm gonna add I'm just gonna add one and a half tablespoons to mine do have all the fat tuna from the coconut milk hi Julie nice to see you guys and then you put it in your blender everything goes in your blender this is gonna get a little bit loud so bear with me all right very thick I'm gonna just put it back in the same mason jar that I added the coconut milk to and them initially and almost a 16 ounces of beautiful plant-based non-dairy creamer smells delicious now I'm gonna give you one trick that makes this really good so when you make your cup of coffee and it's nice and hot put that cup of coffee in the blender okay and then one to two tablespoons of your new awesome creamer that you're gonna use and whip it up and make sure the coffee's hot whip it up and it'll come out like a frothy beautiful coconut latte there's only a tiny tiny tiny flavor of cup of coconut honestly you don't really even taste it but it comes out frothy and creamy just like if like I used to drink bravais which is instead of foamed milk its foamed cream but anyways it comes out just to spot the and is creamy and as comforting as that so I hope you love this I hope you try it and if you do can get this at Whole Foods Trader Joe's I get it at my local co-op because I don't have have access to one of those big chain stores I don't know anything about bonds or Target because I don't have one near there but just read your labels and make sure that there's no other weird sugars hidden sugars because like for instance Truvia is made by coca-cola which is a stevia product but it's absolutely more sugar and chemicals than it is stevia so don't be duped and read those labels Claudia is asking I don't use creamer but still like watching your videos thank you very much Claudia yeah I don't use it very often either everyone I think about every Sunday I try to have a little bit of treatment either put maple syrup that day in my psychology but today I actually do have a cup of coffee using this method using this creamer and putting it in the blender with a hot coffee and it was delicious so let's see I'm gonna make sure I got everything taken care of I did thanks you guys
