man it oh I get depressed for the rest of the day I just I can't do it I can't
do it but that's good it's like I've trained myself to stay away from things
like that yeah you get happy for a few minutes but then after that it's like a
man you just feel disgusting yeah be careful what you put in your bodies
let's talk about this so maintaining your health is important particularly if

grain bread with an apple and a carrot sticks on the side hey you do what you
do I wouldn't eat that though I wouldn't eat that I just I keep it real simple I
think I'm allergic to wheat whole wheat I think I'm allergic to it it seems to
make me can just end like my head it makes it like anyway what else stay away
from high-fat processed foods fast foods like hamburgers and fries oh yeah yeah
those those kinds of foods they'll they can lead to a lot of inflammation and
inflammation is a whole other topic of its own all right we want to talk about

that because it gets you flowing it gets you flowing I've done it every day not
every day but almost every day for years and if I don't I get highly highly
depressed for the day it's my addiction I have to I have to get the blood
flowing I have to feel good I have to creat those endorphins if I don't I just
feel oh it's not good not good so yeah exercise regularly do it it's so
wonderful plus if you lift weights and stuff you can eat a lot more food
without worrying about gaining body fat that's like the ultimate that's the old
demon reason to do it alright let's continue ladies can lift weights too if
some ladies are afraid they'll gain muscle and get all big and bulky no
ladies it's not gonna happen like that unless you're like bloat maxing whoa

consistent schedule every day hold on I open the pictures on accident the real

schedule allows for it my old work schedule I couldn't do that I did
security all night now and now I have a different type of job I work a different
feel I can do that I can go to bed at the same time every night wake up the
same time every night and it feels good it feels really good when your work
schedule allows you to do that no electronic devices close to bedtime
does that mean I have to stop live-streaming every night before I go
to sleep I don't know about that I can't do that expose myself to bright lights
in the morning and avoid all-nighters that's an interesting idea right there
exposing yourself to bright lights in the morning to wake you up
hey that's an idea I'm gonna buy some of those lights that you can put on timers
and I'm gonna have them set too in the morning when my alarm goes off I'm gonna
have them set to bright up the whole room that'll be cool that'll be fun I've
got a new project new projects new ideas when you get things like that like oh
I'm excited to do that oh I'm excited to try this and how do you get those from
learning about them right now we're learning about this stuff and as we're
learning new ideas come to our head boom never stop learning learning is so
important because it comes up with ideas and the ideas are exciting and fun yeah

learn about the things you're interested in and you love and are fun to you

keep your circadian rhythm in check by having consistent sleep schedule
steering clear of electronic devices close to your bedtime which stimulate
daylight and adversely affect your body's sleep instincts hey we that's
really familiar I've learned about that before that's right they say the devices
they the light the light it can have that effect on you that's really
interesting exposing yourself to bright light in the morning to wake up such as
opening the blinds or going out from going outside for a walk waking up when
it's bright outside if the day's half over when it's bright
outside God get up early baby come on let's keep going here avoiding
all-nighters that's right avoid the all-nighters avoiding all-nighters yeah
hey if you want to pull one every now and then do it baby
back my old job I used to pull an all-nighter on Sunday and I wouldn't get
any sleep and I'd go straight into my Monday and I'll just start cried and
baby grinding man that was those are rough was a rough
i caffeined the crap out of myself I limit my caffeine now and I feel a lot
better taking nutritional supplements okay
that's right we're gonna talk a little bit about the supplements here but I
have this theory with supplements I say just basically with supplements and
stuff never expect a supplement to do what its gonna do on its own it takes
you and it takes a lot of other factors to really make that thing to its job
baby hell it's a supplement it's an add-on supplementation it's extra give
you a little kick push I think most supplements at best just provide a
mental boost you know like you know hey it's easier for me to stick to this diet
because I'm taking this fat burner that doesn't really do anything but hey it's
like well what is the placebo placebo effect but let's learn a little bit
about these but but but don't just get these and expect these to do it you got
to do the other things these are the most important do the exercise do the
healthy eating do that stuff get it rock and roll and stick to it for a couple of
weeks and then later on if you want you can implement some of these butyrate
