hello there's Jack hit bakery Jack HQ and a question I get asked all the time is what is the best way to store my homemade bread now here's the loaf I didn't make this one going from the lovely people at hungry guests in Petworth thank you very much I've taken off my needed and I'm going to keep it cut side down into the cupboard this is my bread cupboard here see give it cut southbound retaining the moisture in the crap on the Shelf like that outside should stay nice and crusty next to the butter for emergencies and I close the door like this and keep in there real nice if you have one of those bread bins wooden one or a team one with Ellucian did absolutely find this exactly the same principle try and avoid cling film try and avoid seal up in a plastic box because everything evens out and you lose the crispy crust leanness it all goes a bit chewy and soft for standard loaf of bread normal white or brown loaf of bread that I teach in my courses they want they to they three a push is perfect for sandwiches they four five six mazing toast even they seventh toast even they ate so sometimes after that we're talking bread about pudding croutons bread crumbs all the other good stuff that comes from homemade bread that's where mine lives it's not gonna stay there for long though believe me but that's really loose for now if you've got a bread making question of your own direct it to the comments box underneath and I'll do my best to get around to it in the next bread Q&A video hello there's Jack here bake with Jack head quarters and a question I get asked all the time is what is the best way to store my homemade bread now
