Please explain how to sift worm castings

Jeff here from warm Surikov today I'm going to demonstrate a worm sifting tray now I made this myself I made it out of four two foot two by fours with galvanized quarter inch mesh mesh screen I used a half inch aluminum strips to secure the screen to the bottom as well as screws to hold together the two by fours you can make this for around 20 bucks now I had most of the materials laying around the only thing I had to buy was the half inch aluminum strips you probably need like a jigsaw to cut the aluminum measure to length you buy this in a roll or two lengths you know by three feet cuz you only going to need two feet and cut the screen and just build your box screw together attach this and you're ready to start so this is how you use one of these bad boys first thing you need to do is dig out your compost put it in a bucket pour into the drink and now this is where you're gonna have to use some muscle here this isn't mechanical you're the mechanical on this one just pick it up in shape now as you can see it separated the finer pieces from the clumps you'll find some worms here plenty of eggshells from parts of the compost that I failed to crush up but that's okay now this compost pile I had stopped feeding this this particular portion so there's not many worms in this in this area they've moved on to the fresher stuff that putting in the compost bin but there's plenty of small worms as you can see lots of undigested eggshells but that's okay too because this is all going into my garden as you can see here this is the finished product nice and fluffy lots of eggshells that's okay Gardens love that it helps to aerate the soils well is a time-release calcium plus any worms left in here like this guy it's going to go into my garden and we'll enjoy the extra calcium to feed off slightly just shake shake it shake it shake it shake it shake let's like a piece of banana you can break up the pieces larger clumps t-bag that'll go back into the compost bin take them off of those break down just keep sifting corn cup back in the compost bin piece of broccoli here we go get some other worms here that's good stuff now all of this will be used to supplement my garden black gold and that is the demonstration of a worm casting sifting tray
