Hi Guys today I'm going to show you how to
open an oyster there are different kinds of oysters but for all of them opening them is
basically the same so I'm going to show you the safest way because you don't want to damage
your hands so what you need is an oyster knife a cloth and some oysters so you have the flat
side on top the down side is hollow this is the end of the oyster and this is the edge
so you take your oyster fold your cloth around tipping your oyster knife an inch into the
oyster, give it a bit of power and you twist your knife until it opens so while lifting
up your knife now you move your knife straight under the closed side towards the end of the
oyster, take off the shell so the muscle meat still sticks to the shell and you want to
have it loose you stick your oyster knife under the oyster you cut it loose so this
