hey guys it's taylor from friends by choice and today i'm going to be showing you guys how to make the rainbow loom laffy taffy bracelet so this is what it looks like so this bracelet is actually extremely easy to make and um yeah so I made that one that one's for me and then this one is the one of me for my mom's my mom really likes blue so I did all sorts of Blues inside of it um so yeah so um a little disclaimer I guess you could call it um this is like my first time kind of filming a rainbow loom video cuz i did make one but it was with my fingers so that was a little easier to film this is going to be a little harder saying using the loom so I apologize in advance if you have trouble seeing what to do or something like that I terribly apologize i do not mean to do that anyway um so yeah let's get started so what you're going to need here I'm going to put that right there just so you can see so what you're going to need is you're going to need your rainbow loom and you're going to have it just staggered formation so like this so they're arrow is going to be like one kind of peg away from the other two so that's just what its gonna look like you're going to need your rainbow loom hook or a crochet hook I just have the rainbow loom hook eye on botany crochet hook yet um yeah and you're going to need some rainbow loom bands and you're gonna you can use a few different colors like it's kind of up to you on what you want and use so for this one as you can see i use um four colors and then for this one I think I use like five colors so it all depends on what you want to or what colors you want to use so I'm mini at my fans right now so i think what i'm going to do is I'm going to do the outside white and then the inside i think i'm going to do rainbow so oh and you're also going to need a c-clip or an S Club it really doesn't matter um this is a c-clip and sure you let s clip looks like and then this is an S Club they both do the exact same thing they just look different so yeah you can use either one so now I'm going to so what I'm going to do for this whole bracelet you're using double bands okay so what I'm going to what you're going to do is you're going to take the color that you want your outside to be so in this case white I'm going to do my white again so you're going to take two bands you're going to put it from the peg with the arrow to the left then you're going to take another to another two bands again this color that's going to be outside and bring them from the middle peg to the right now what you're going to do is you're going to continue doubling up your bands and you're going to start on one side I'm going to start with the left side and you're going to go all the way up the Loom doubling your bands that's all you're going to do all the way up the limbs so I'm going to skip this part um so yeah okay so as you can see I have skipped to the end so you're going to duck you're good to you just kept doubling your bands all the way to the end now I'm going to take two white rubber bands again and I'm going to put them both from here to here I'll show you so I've got my two bands now I'm going to put them from this second last peg on the left to the last peg on in the middle like that now you're going to repeat that same step on the right side so you're just going to continue doubling your bands all the way up the loom um sorry if you hear like a snow blower it's cuz um we just got a ton of snow here and it's like still snowing so I also just snow blowing their walkway or there bye-bye ok so I've made it to the end of the loom on the right side and again I'm going to take my two bands and I'm going to go from the second last peg on the right to the last middle peg on them in the middle here we go like that so this is what your limb should look like ok now we're going to start putting our colored bands in the middle so like i said before i'm doing rainbow you can totally copy me if you would like that we could tweet it with our bracelets so um you're going to take your first color mine is red because that's the first color of the rainbow and remember we're still doubling so I've got my two bands now I am going to take my bands and turn them into a figure eight and I'm going to put them on my loom and I'll show you where to put them on your loom minute ok wait actually first I'm going to pull down on my bands so using my hook I'm just gonna push down on my bands so it's easier yeah that's snow blowers really loud I don't know if you guys can clean up this really loud it's such a yucky day out i just want summer it's coming soon though okay so again i'm going to take your first color band- red and start at the beginning and you're going to make like a little infinity sign with them I'm going to put them on your loom and I will show you where in a second cut some right where I put mine so you see this little diamond I guess so here's your first peg second third fourth you're not going to put any bands anywhere near there you're going to put them right here where they start to meet up now I'm going to take my next color which is going to be orange and again I'm going to make an infinity sign like that and put it on the next two pegs on the limb and I'll show you in a minute like that see we skipped this little peg and then we went to these two now we're going to skip this peg we're going to go to the next tube so we're going to take our next color is going to be yellow and we're going to repeat that step twist into a figure eight and place it on our loom like that so I'm going to stop filming and I'm going to finish this up and i will see you guys when i'm done for living okay so um just like at the beginning we're not gonna touch this little diamond you can see that we're not touching those four pegs just like at the beginning so this is what your loom should look like there we go okay now we're almost ready for looping but we need to place a capping band on this last peg in the middle so what we're going to do is you're going to take one single band we're going to put it on the peg and we're going to wrap it around the peg four times one two three and lastly for so we want it nice and tight so that's what it should look like so we do have to be careful one we're looping because there is quite a few bands on this peg so we don't want to break any of them so now time for looping so taking our hook we're going to go in this last middle peg we're going to go under the looping um that capping band and we are going to grab the first two bands we see so mine is going to the left so I'm going to very very gently pull them out get everything so yeah very gently pulling them out and it should look like that now we're going to go back in the capping band and we're going to get the last two bands in it gently pull them out and loop them to the side whatever side they go to mine go to the right now we're going to start looping on whatever side you would like to start moving on so I'm going to start on the left side just like I did in the beginning so all you're doing is you're grabbing the to ban the to outline band things and you're just looping them forward and that is all you're doing all the way up to loom like that so you go under those colored bands grab the spot into one's oops okay wait there we go my hook let go of them have you so you're just going to keep creating those up
