what you will today is wd-40 or spray Lu this little nozzle helps a little bit just for accuracy some paper towels just any kind and two allen keys or hex keys that fit the bolts on the wheel please here and our two employees and I've got this it should look Colleges cooler with with no myth no bearings in it and so what you want to do get your paper towel put it on here flow all the dust and off that you've got on it get your bearings that - if you have one if you've got a space off and what you want to do is and you will also need a extra sheet of um paper towel to do it and you want to just shake it off wrench it in thanks both of them and then pretty much just flip it over drench both of them again and you can see that that depends how dirty your um your bearings are but you can see just there how that looks very dirty you want to get it get it and just rub all the excess dirt whatever you have on it put that aside do it to the other one put it away give that a bit of a spray if you really want to and you should see that your paper towel is getting pretty doing and then once you've done that if you pretty much get your spray loop give it a quick spray just so it's it lubricates inside slips in nice and easy rolls real nice another spray and if you want just get your paper towel roll it around the inside finger in a bit what she said um and that should look pretty nice and your bearings should pretty much depending on whether they're metal or plastic if they're metal they should just fit in there pretty snug straight up but if they're not you know apply a little bit of pressure like that one went and easier than the other one and make sure that they don't fall out and then once you've done that you need to put it back in once you're done that should look a lot like that pretty nice doesn't spin as good as it should but it's because his um his bolts sorry about the bad focusing but his bolts beards properly because I don't even know why but um yeah it should spin way better than that and it's pretty much done do it to both youth wheels thanks for watching subscribe like comment smiley face
