hello how are you today it is hot hot hot outside how hot let me tell you that hot you know I was well mowing the grass and I thought I need a break so I thought well I'll just put on my tie and shirt call the film crew and say we gotta make a drink a sparkling blueberry lemonade you're gonna love it my name is Bruce I've been working bar for almost 40 years now in that time I've learned a trick or two that I'd like to pass on to you so sit back relax enjoy the show we got a lot of ground to cover we'll look at some of the Forgotten classics and some unusual new tasty creations right for any occasion Cheers so I'm squeezing some lemons here oh and I've squeezed about four lemons probably only need about three three and a half maybe humble for what you want is about four ounces of pure fresh squeezed lemon juice young love it yeah okay next thing you want to do wanna I guess transfer this into our pitcher because we got to do some work here we're just gonna pour that right into our pitcher mm-hmm okay next thing we want to do we got some white sugar it's a third of a cup we're just gonna drop that right in there and we're just gonna stir that up it's like the fastest lemonade you'll ever make and we want a cup and a half of water cup and a half and keep them keep stirring and it's coming this gonna be so good you ain't you see I've got a pint of blueberries fresh blueberries has just picked up today and we're gonna put them in our little food processor here a whole pint all right so I'm just gonna we're almost here actually I'm just gonna add it just a just a smidge of lemonade there and we're just gonna put our lid on here and we're gonna puree this here a new very puree he comes in their life through the drink that looks pretty good mmm fresh blueberries how could you go wrong that's who you want to do just grab our little puréed mixture here run it through a strainer get all that blueberry goodness go long be real careful when keeper side of our glass pitcher not too messy there just take a couple minutes okay there we go we got the we got the last of it here you know what got a little bit of Pulp deer I'm gonna pull up open them in there too why not sweet okay next thing you want to do is grab some gin now I'm using Beefeater today because I don't know my tastes dictate that Beefeater works really really well with lemons as opposed to Tanqueray which seems to direct itself more to limes so it's true so that's my taste buds so we want two ounces of Beefeater gin followed by saint-germain as their elder father the camera st. Germain has a brilliant pale golden colour that's so seductive pronounced aromas of elderflowers and Michi with more subtle notes of pear and guava on the palate its luscious and sweet with tangy floral and tropical fruit notes that linger into the palm and elegant finish and will now go to ounces as well or more I've got these little mason jars filled with ice perfect for a hot hot day you can actually build the entire drink in your pitcher but I'm not doing that I'm just making a couple drinks right here right now in this mix you can just put in the fridge and make a drink when you need it fill them up about half way full that looks great now I've got some job don't give me no job no way give me the job in my fridge here and what it is it's a it's an elderflower sparkling wine 6.9% it's out of Germany and how cute is this it's got a cap on give me a goal and we're just gonna chop these up baby yeah how delicious does that look is that refreshing or is that refreshing I got some fresh mint here too and I'm just gonna slap that puppy slapper good baby that just releases all those flavors just give her a very gentle stir pop a straw in supporter in Cheers Wow that is so refreshing so alive and you know I made something a little earlier and I froze this mix just pop these guys in and there's less dilution and you're gonna get more of them Sparkle look at that mmm it's so refreshing blueberries lemonade it's it's sweet it's it's tart it's it's alive it's really dragging that go back movement grass now hey crew you want to help me that's what I thought well hello how are you it is so hot today how hard is it hi oh my god come on let's do this thing he just keeps my god boy of those said just walking against the wall I don't know hope you enjoyed that if you did be sure to LIKE maybe leave a comment and subscribe thanks for watching see you next time click that button man
