Chicken stock
1. Place the chicken in a sauce pan on a stove top
2. Add cold chicken stock to the pan so it covers the chicken breast
3. Turn the heat to medium and let the stock come to a gentle boil
4. When the water starts to boil, turn the chicken breast and remove pan from heat
5. Cover pan tightly
6. Check the temperature of the chicken and ensure it reaches 155 F
7. Voila! You are done - slice the chicken and toss it into your favorite salad!
