today I'm going to be teaching you how I preserve my leafy vegetables if you leave outside Africa you find some of these vegetables which are homegrown aren't readily available I mean some of these vegetables are dried and pre-packed nothing wrong with that or I prefer them fresh so when I go to my local vendor and I find that he's got the vegetables freshly imported I purchase a bit more than I need so when I purchase my vegetables the first step will be to literally pick the leaf off the stock then I'm going to go ahead and wash it after which I'm going to cut them to size that's what it looks like when I'm done then I've got freezer bags to use your Ziploc bags then most important part will be to date and put the name of your vegetable on the bag then you're going to go ahead and put one of your vegetables in the bar very simple process put it in the bag then I've got a bit of water which I will be puttin in here normally some people would literally blanch their vegetables which is put it soak it in hot water bring it out and then do this process well I just prefer to do it like this I've got some which I've got out of the freezer just to show you I've got the names on the bags that way helps me know the vegetable and actual date it was put in the freezer so yeah thank you for watching please subscribe to my channel thank you
