thank you for watching my name is Michelle and in today's video I'm gonna share with you how I achieved these curls using none other than a clipless curling iron this is definitely one of my go-to hairstyles whether I'm rushing off the door and I just want to glam up my hair or I just want a really really simple technique this is what I turn to and it never fails me so the tool that I've used is the Carmen professional clipless curling iron and this is so so easy to use if you are somebody who doesn't like to fuss and fuss with curling irons and the clamps then you will love love love this technique I like to use this on the highest heat setting which is 220 and I find that it curls my hair in the shortest amount of time and like I said it is so easy so if you guys would like to see how I achieve this hair right here then just keep watching so I'm starting off on the right side of my head and I like to hold the curling iron in the opposite hands of whatever side I'm working on so here I'm working on the right side so I'm holding the iron in my left hand and I'm bringing the iron all the way behind my head and wrapping the hair around and as you can see I'm alternating between taking bigger sections of hair and smaller sections so that you can see the difference and because the iron is super hot you don't have to leave the hair wraps around it for that long I leave mine on for about 6 seconds and then release it into the palm of my hand just to let it cool a bit and then I release now the bigger the section you take the looser the curl is going to be and the smaller the section you take that's Heitor the curl is going to be so it all really depends on what style you're going for you can also choose how far up you want to go and wrapping the hair around if you're going for that sort of mermaid beachy wave natural look then wrap the whole entire section of hair around the barrel but if you're going for the looser more glamorous look I would recommend to start curling at the midway point of the section when it comes to sectioning off your hair I do recommend putting the hair that you're not working with up and out of the way so that it doesn't get mixed up with the curled section so as you saw I started from the bottom sections of my hair then it moves on to the top left top right and now I'm working on the front section so definitely working in sections it makes it a lot easier and again you don't get mixed up with all the other sections of hair that you curled another tip is if you're going for a more natural look you can leave the ends of the hair out as opposed to wrapping it around completely as I'm doing to some sections here once you're done curling your whole entire head you just want to part it how you normally do and then you can even seize it at this point if you want just to give it a little bit more volume hairspray everything into place to make sure all of your hard work that lasts throughout the day or night and that pretty much completes this book tutorial I really hope you enjoyed it and learn something new and I will see you in the next video bye
