Oh Oh ok Oh you hey welcome back to garden pit I know it's been a while and we've been busy but today we're going to talk about the corn yeah corn starting to come in i'm going to show you what i did get it to this point so hold on yeah here's the glorious corn plot there's a best I've grown in quite a few years thanks to mother nature this year we stand back at a better look this is how I planted it this year I planted a foot apart and the rows were foot apart everything's are just a foot apart and it's a four foot wide by 14 foot bed I got planted in here planning on a inch deep and if they want to get about knee-high fertilize them real good and that was it as you can see that it's growing very well corn start coming in I got three varieties they got six rows here of Silver Queen then I have four rows over here this is a I can't remember it's a go it's a gold yellow corn there and the last four rows they're caught obsession up with a middle 1 i'll put a notation on the video there with the type of corn but i was getting to me but it's all groan good as you can see it's all starting to come in and I beat me some corn here for a little while nothing like corn out of the garden fresh what I have four on the night and see how they taste get with this a little series on what i have here with the introducing certain crops here i want to throw on other things there this is the what's left of the zucchini crop bear there's one hidden in there so if you can see it that's going to get picked there this is any plan out of the six that still surviving I nets got the squash vine borer din yeah it was nice to Keaney and they're ready to pick and see but a pretty much saught done for a season I'm going to try to plan a another bunch here there's a the basil up front there as a broad leaf basil I think it's cold I've been picking the flowers all over trying to keep it keep it going under the start harvesting dryness in there's what's left over of my slicing cucumbers is a couple finds left growing their their cucumber beetles a plate have it going it again this year I've got some cucumbers on off of these bad boys I'm going to shoot in a couple pitchers and let you see what I've harvested off a tease this year has a pretty good harvest music as you can see there's are still a few one they're still growing I've made me some pickles here's what's left of the pickling cucumbers ines if you see the whole thing is shud i got quite a few pop cucumbers off of there they in the jar right now pickling made some pickled a couple weeks ago hey let's check a couple of these uh there's a corner see what they look like first corner of the season it's a corner pick the days off called obsessions that bike are cool so far so good we look at that oh my do that quite the mosquito here usually supposed to cool down the day and be less human didn't happen it's the front didn't go far enough south or supposed to a good rain so for this month that uh two inches rain it's a tenth two inches of rain or Ava's month so gardens getting well water I'll take the rest of that off fair share the four years of that pic uh and they've got a pollinator very very nicely so i'll be out here too long and we fighting these mosquitoes that the garden couple days is doing a 53 tide tore my arms up oh that's that's all right he's got a little problem there but a little snap off but uh looks good i'll let you know how to taste it on next video last one he's not very big ears but uh mostly they'll get bigger as we go back oh that that uh yellow corn it's called honey select now remember honey select there's that too bad he didn't uh fill up real nice to the tips look uh one out of three dead caught up to the tip but uh I will snap it off we'll see how it goes like a little bug damage yeah that's pretty much it for today's adventure here at the garden pit there yeah a corn starting to come in a lot of things are tomatoes green beans you know I picked a bunch of those like you say things are good here things are growing nicely yeah it's gonna be little series to this there i'm going to one day i'll do tomatoes one day i'll do the peppers because it takes a little specially the peppers it takes a lotta show you all the different varieties there peppers aren't doing real hot this year because it had real wet gene or still struggling along with they're producing peppers me it's trying to grow but hopefully they'll take off this month and buy a sep tember their legs are producing good but uh yeah that's a pretty much it for today I thank you all for watching and we'll see you next time I'm gonna be doing the tomatoes next time take it easy see
