Chiqui we chose brainy snaps and brainy baskets hi and welcome to cheeky which was brainy snaps we're going to show you how to make a little rolled brandy snaps and also brandy baskets it's very easy to do not a good recipe for kids to help you with but I'm sure they'll help you eat them ingredients from the recipe box below so let's get started there are any father's them began to melt our butter to roll it up and manage it or actually have it fly to bits on you okay so real good now just pick it up and drop it over a bowl just to shape a little bit just press it around just a little here to effect just pinch them as they're cooling into a little skirt arrangement when you turn it over it'll be almost like a spoon okay there you have it we have 11 little brandy snacks and we have six little brandy baskets just put some cream here in a piping bag just whipped cream we're going to squeeze some into each end of our brandy snap and then you have cheeky riches brain is now I'm at a
