yeah this is my garden fresh lima bean recipe so we have all kinds of goodies in here I got some bay leaves black pepper I guess she called scallions I just clipped them off the top of the green onions in the garden I got basil oregano I put a little dab of oyster sauce in there and some some rice wine a little rice wine what I did here is I crushed these tomatoes with my omega juicer through the juicer now and these are the crushed Tomatoes and we have carrots celery - celery in here onions garlic of course garlic and hot peppers I got I sliced up some hot bells in there and some hot long red peppers in there I believe maybe one green Hungarian pepper and you could see these onions and into tomatoes this is all going to blend in this slow cooker and I'll just slow cook this baby for hours oh yeah well there's a lot of beans coming up you see they were already starting to get fat so not soft but they fattening up already and what else to really wipe off the lens what I do is mix all this in there and if you like if you make a recipe like this I'd have to say maybe an hour or an hour and a half before you're done you could throw it in now after if you want you chop up a little pork spare spare country spare rib in here or a piece of pork or you can other any other kind of meat you might like to have in here but the pork works very well I'm getting away from meat more or less and so when those Mama beans are nice and tender and soft it's done and you can enjoy this and have a number of meals out of this you can also when it's done the consistency is such that you could have it over rice spaghetti or what-have-you so there you have it a wonderful lima bean stew try it it's very easy once your slice and cut out anything up just throw it in any of the old crock pot and I'll tell you right now it's basically it's a blank canvas the lima beans and then you throw whatever you want in there but this is going to taste like a million bucks when it's done and the house is going to smell unbelievable you're going to be one to eat this hours before it's done it's already smells great okay that's my recipe clean off the lens once again look at that beauty
