my name is Laura ball I'm here at steel and Uptown Dallas we're talking today about cocktails that pair well with sushi and sashimi so we've chosen one of our drier options the sake tini so starting off with just a Grey Goose vodka and then a dry sake that's eventually our draft sake option with a couple slices of cucumber and that's simply shaken we serve this up with a nice cucumber garnish and this particular beverage is also really easy to make at home when you're entertaining your friends and that has a saketini which pairs very nicely with our sushi and sashimi
