well it's March Madness time everybody but we're not here to talk about basketball today we're gonna talk about why more specifically open water now if you look through your drawers in the kitchen you probably have a corkscrew it looks a little something like this I'll have this plunger thing on the top with the corkscrew attached and as you push that down in one or two handles will pop up on the side now these could be heavy they can be clumsy used and often times results in a lot of broken corks so we're going to show you today how to use what's called waders smaller compact easier to use all right so here we are with our bottle of wine and our waiters corkscrew now the first thing you'll know you notice about these is the lack of moving parts there are two and only two there's this little claw part that pops out and then the corkscrew itself so let's get started first you want to try to find the center of the cork and just screw this in as if it were obviously any other corkscrew or as you can get it now here's the fun part you get these little hooks in here rest them on the top of the bottle and just hold the cork out like that that's all there is to it piece of cake much easier not as clumsy as those bigger ones and much quicker to do
