chef Anton here at the Robinson Experience Center today we're shooting another section in the learning series from dr. what we're going to do today is we're going to do a roasted chicken in December all of it in the rotisserie setting so guys what I have here is I got a chicken already screwed up right here I got a quick seasoning some mustard some sugar some salt just apply liberally guys can use any rubs want make it fun you know have some fun with this so this guy's ready to roll it's all chromed up let's take it right from the up okay roll wall oven slide that guy down for our chicken right here we can't want to do is roll this out just whip it right good low burn on here I have the rack ready so we're just going to pick it up slide this guy out nice and easy make sure it rests right on the arms and put this guy right in here slide right in so it looks lifted a little bit okay you're good so now it's going to wait on the counter balance right here make sure it's locked in right here let's fly this guy all in let's talk about the motor a little hole in the back here we'll rotate it in just to line up holes to make sure it's locked so now it's locked make sure it's locked right here to turn our drip pan underneath catch all the goodness easy closed feature on the oven you got to love that right now on the Left we're to scroll it right to rotisserie right this guy right to 350 okay turn the light on check it out now if you do any of these steps well an error light will go up just means that you know either something's not lined up correctly or you don't have it the correct temperature of 350 or above all right guys so we can sit here watch this guy turn and I'll actually get going to brown delicious I went ahead and did another one for you guys so check this guy out so here's the finished product here's kind of what you get I see this great rotisserie chicken it's fun and easy that's your tried at home come on in the showroom and check it out give us some shares give us some light thanks so much
