guys have a commute your YouTube channel gardening paradise and hope you all would be doing great or we are it the first week of October so October and November are the perfect time to start your winter floss so in this video I will be discussing about how to start the medical plants from seeds so let's go but before that if you are new to this channel then I request you to please click on the subscribe button and then click this Bell icon so that you will get the firsthand notification whenever I upload a new video now I will prepare the potting mix so I'll be using four different components abusing my one-part card and soil one part compost garden compost one part coco peat and one parts and this is the soil normal I have this is the one part coco peat this is the fun part sand and this is the one part cow dung compost now just give it a good mix so I'll be using this clay tray already has a hole same like this one you now just give them a little very little and light tap now it's time to give them a little chore of water you so these are the seeds I have this four American double mix now just evenly spread the seeds just to cover them bear with a very thin layer of soil in the mix you have and now it's time to sprinkle a little water over it now just take a piece of newspaper and now place this part in a shaded location away from the direct sunlight okay three days have gone by so now let's check what is the status top [Applause] okay the status is quite good as you can see quite a good number of seedling has sprouted so now I'll keep them open and need to look after the watering and again I'll show you these are again the seeds which have started in that newspaper back is there a gain of different varieties of marigold one is french double makes and french yellow if they have also started to growing quite well so I'm quite happy so I'll keep put them both in shaded status after almost 20 days so the plants have started to grow their to leaves now it's time to transplant them I'm going to use these paper cups which I've made if you want to know how to make these paper cups just let me know I'll show you I'm using the same mix for transplanting these plants so here I'm using four components in equal proportion that are my normal garden soil coco peat sand and any compost now I'll just fill these cups okay I've partially filled these little cups with the potting mix now it's time to give them a little shot of water so that the soil settles down and will eliminate any air bubbles in it you let's take out the time to take out some seedlings now place the seedlings in the pot fill the potting mix all around it gently press the soil to make the plant stand firm you now just to water them and keep them in shade for four to five days then after you can place them in full sunlight okay so this is after ten days all these plants are doing good few of them struggling as you will be able to see but I'm hopeful they will revive soon so very happy with there is an overall result I hope oh you must have liked this video please subscribe to my channel share this video like this video and write comments if you have any thanks for watching happy gardening
