you start out with the saddle pad then there the horses back right behind their withers this is their withers right here you want this part to line up this strap right here to line up right behind there this way then you just swing the saddle up these are called the billet you need to put them through the little flip on the top you then attach the girth to the billets there's two of them so you just run them both through and put them on an even hole then you reach around from the other side and pull the birch up and buckle it on day and you can come back around and tighten it before you rush
