hey guys so this is when she got hit by a car obviously the bone is broken came out the side of the leg she's that one-year-old Mastiffs she seems like she's doing okay right now well we do want to show you is she's gonna have a home treatment what'd she look like what she's done the first thing we're gonna do is we're gonna clean the wound area with diluted hydrogen peroxide and then we have some iodine and then we're going to apply some cars and then we're gonna do a bandage right in the middle of all that you will see relax and now we're creating the splint and we've used a pad some painter sticks and we're securing the area where the fracture is we put the pad underneath the painter sticks the concept provided with support and make sure that cushioning so that the sticks aren't rubbing up against her leg the whole time but it's still keeping her leg and mobilize just no go just tight enough to not cut off like searching it's regulation you know I mean yeah let's let my fingers in there very much she's actually doing really well isn't she you you alright guys so now that we've gotten this splint on there and is secured and she's received a little bit of love we also want to make sure that she gets a run starts running antibiotics so it's very simple you know depending on what your vet provides you with is this how you can do it so it may get a little bit real easy on her make sure you run the full course of antibiotics don't stop them in the middle of it and a lot of love a lot of attention you can use a towel in a room and give her some support on her way out and six to eight weeks guys got a nice pillow under an awesome bed lay on relax
