hey everybody miss mini lover here and today i'm going to show you how to make easter grass for doll houses um this is very simple just take a little bit of elmer's glue and some pastel chalk shavings so quite a bit on there so that you can get a nice green color i wouldn't recommend using a dark green i recommend using um the lime green a very light uh guess would be like a green granny smith apple color and then once you do that i have a little water here just take a little water and mix it all up and the reason i have used glue is to make the uh the grass harden feel like um that plastic grass so then you've got a little puddle here and then i take uh cotton this actually came out of an old pillow we were going to throw out so i washed it and now i've got this cotton left so all you really have to do is just soak it in there until it's nice and green i like to use my fingers and just ring it through and then you're going to want to keep stretching it a little as you go that way it doesn't get all bunched together until and then just do it until you get a desired green color i don't know if you guys can see very well in this light but it's a nice green it's getting there anyways probably needs a little more green but just keep pressing it through and then if you need more just do a little more glue i don't know if there's any more water here but a little more water a little more chalk wipe my hands off real quick and then just repeat the process until it's uh the desired color roll it in there get it nice and green and then once you have the color that you want stretch it out i don't think it looks very green on this camera but it's actually a nice just stretch it out like that and then just let it dry i have some ready right here so just give me a second i need to dry my hands off okay we'll move this out of the way here i have some that's already done and dried it really doesn't look green on this camera by the looks of it but it actually is like a green green okay so i wonder if i can open this up if it'll look more green nope still doesn't look more green but it is green i promise and then um take an easter basket and i have an easter basket tutorial i will put the link up uh right there and um all you do is just rip a little bit of it apart you'll see uh the green in it in the picture better just put a little uh glue in there and then stick your nice green grass in as much as you want so you have like a little easter basket with green grass you can do cute things like i have a easter um coloring book that you can stick in there um what else do i have oh i have a little another little chocolate easter bunny you can put i have like little nail polish things here i have some eggs here i bought these eggs but you can easily make them i just like to nestle them in there then you have like a cute little easter basket if you want to put the nail polish in you can put bows on these baskets too by the way i don't know how well i'm going to be able to get the nail polish in there but yeah you guys get the idea anyways um here's another one i did i don't know if you can tell if it's green or not but it is so uh yeah i hope you guys enjoyed this really quick tutorial see you later oh and i'll put the link up for the other links up for the other stuff as well bye
