from success to hello welcome to my kitchen today I'm going to show you how to make durian pancake which is a very popular dessert in Bali nowadays so let's start for this recipe I'm going to use 100 grams of rice flour 2 eggs 2 TSP of vanilla extra salt and here I have a durian meat which is I prepared earlier and we're going to use a 400 milli coconut meal and whipping cream but for the first thing I'm going to put the whipping cream into the refrigerator because the weather is really hot here and after that we will start make the batter so the first thing I'm going to do is mix the egg and I'm going to add 2 TSP of vanilla extract and 1/2 TSP of salt and add a little bit of coconut milk fun and add it all mix well and I'm going to add the rice flour first it's about 2 tbsp and now add the rest of the flour just make sure is no lump on the batter [Applause] so I'm going to sift it now we ready to cook it so I'm going to put the heat medium into low let's wait the pan until hot enough the pan is ready so I'm going to pour around 60 milli of the butter [Applause] it's sides cook around twenty to thirty second so now we're ready to flip it over that's ready begin is ready please make sure that the skin is really really cool before you put the cream and durian meat inside now the skin is cool enough so let's split it so the first thing I'm going to put the cream and the durian mean here yeah durian pancake thank you very much for watching please let me know how your food test and see you next time what risks of bye-bye
