welcome to college kitchen today we are giving tips on how to not have watery zucchini noodles or noodles welcome back to college kitchen through my own trial and error I have figured out the best way to not have watery noodles that are made from zucchini because zucchinis are pretty much water yeah like 90% water so a lot of the times if you cook with them it will just make everything really gross yes so we want to train up going back so a lot of people will say after you cook the noodles on the stove that you should ring them out with some paper towels well this isn't exactly work really just gets water everywhere it makes your noodles sweat Jean and nobody wants a squishy zucchini noodle they're already soft enough the second tip that you can find all over the internet that I have found is not very effective is pour some salt on your zoodles and stick it in the fridge that's right leave it for about 10 minutes come back rinse them off with water like put salt on them let them sit and then rinse the salt off what you're back to square one I mean you're stuck in an endless loop why the rest of your life yes don't do that don't do that that's not a good tip uh-huh right now because you stuck around I'm going to tell you the best way to avoid watery zucchini noodles it is the boiler lay your zucchini noodles out on a tin foil wrapped pan that's right and stick them in the broiler it can be your oven or your toaster oven either one works for 10 minutes there you have it that is the best way to avoid watery zucchini noodles the broiler it's your friend we love it it's the easiest and like I said trial and error has made this my go-to way thank you guys so much for watching go check out our video on where we made the zu dough bake using the brewery learn that's right you can just click the card up above and it will take you right to that video and make sure you don't like comment subscribe and of course ings share video with anybody who you think really needs help making not watery zoodles that's right thanks for watching we'll see you next time on college kitchen
