now today's lesson from Big Finish outdoor adventures is cleaning sunfish now today I'm cleaning the sunfish and Chris is behind the camera well I like to do first I'll go right here behind this fin I put a knife in on an angle I go around in like so up to bat next I would turn this fish around I would put my hand here right down the top of the backbone right down half way down we see the butt hole on the other side there I shove my knife all the way through so if I still on the same side put my hand top they go right down and this up right down to the tail see you got a nice chunk of tail meat side right down nice chunk of meat like that get your thumb underneath the meat like so if your bones the bones of the meat you're doing this absolutely positive you have a sharp knife or after every 2 or 3 fish to sharpen your knife because your knife can get dull quick we will be showing a segment of how to sharpen knifes at a later date yeah all the way down here well the gut I like to cut it off like this set it off the side there then DejaVu turn it over do the same thing go through and don't screw it up here cheese and down there we go beautiful run your knife down like so cut my fingers off here there's a lesson for fish too if you also cut your finger make sure you sanitize your fingers or hands ever if you get a cut from your knife cross-contamination blood never know what's gonna happen could lose a finger gangrene cut off now got the chunk of meat here no bones in here put some nail down in on the skin get your knife on a wee bit of an angle she got flat go right across here down you can see where it's all good right there you know you're not messing up we'll meet over to push your knife through there's your flow right here not a very big flake cuz it's a sunfish but get a good mount get a nice feed tastes just like candy so I'm gonna do this piece a little later on tonight and for all your watching thanks for watching take my advice until next time
