hi I'm James hi I'm Lyn and today we're gonna be microwaving a vegetarian haggis the vegetarian haggis is great it's an alternative obviously with her than me and what it is it's a blend of vegetables pulses and beans and it's fantastic culture thank good so we're gonna start by opening the I guess it's easy tear bag he makes the Tigers James II courtesy of save and heavy very nice so you just click off the ends because there's a little metal bit so we don't want them to go in the microwave and he's gonna slice it open now this is a really good alternative if you've only got five minutes of spirit you want to enjoy your own supper so it's a burn suffer with all the taste and none of the hassle perfect good for busy mums and dads are like we love it don't we yeah we absolutely do so just make sure that you peel all of the casing off you don't want any of that to go in the microwave you've done the kids do up there jamesy I'm just gonna pop some little holes in the haggis just to give it some air to breathe so now we're gonna wrap it in cling film and just bear in mind this is the exact same way as you cook any of our other haggis original gluten free anything even though we won't yeah we're gonna pop this in for two minutes into the microwave and then bring it out and break up a little bit that's the first two minutes up never been a good getting again again again and getting in it that's the first two minutes up nobody even grab it out the microwave great confidence be very hot so watch your fingers very hot be careful a big best thing that comes out here oh that easy to break better good mash up just so that this steam can get right into the middle all those lovely lentil impulses it smells gorgeous doesn't it so we've just mashed it we're gonna pop it back in the microwave for a few minutes and make sure that you cover it again in cling film and they just make sure that your keep any crispy bits up be carefully have it nice and firm good to go back in the microwave for a good three minutes again on a high heat make sure it that it cooks all the way through that's our five easy minutes up and at no time to serve our veggie Burns Supper James did good smell delightful watch your fingers be careful because it'll be very hot just make sure that it is picked all the way through it's very important so this is a really easy way to cook I guess five minutes nice and simple I'll give it a try shall we absolutely apparently you have to remember this isn't just for vegetarians and there's a meat lover it was dead well it's an amazing alternative for everyone let me try it's amazing dude great recipe so taste you
