I'm cleanser malt beer back at bata lounge downtown Milwaukee I'm gonna teach you how to make a layered shot today called the b-52 I'm sure most of you have heard of it so I'm gonna teach you how to make it it's fairly simple you're gonna need three ingredients which is Kahlua a coffee liqueur we taught you how to make one at home so you can use your own Bailey's Irish Cream or an Irish cream of some sort and an orange liqueur I'd recommend Grand Marnier it's fantastic especially for the shot so a shot glass and you're gonna need a spoon so taking this spoon you're going to start with Kahlua the shot is basically 1/3 portions of each but start with Kahlua because it is the heaviest so it will sink and the others will float on top now going in line we're gonna use Bailey's now you take your spoon it could be a kitchen spoon it could be a bar spoon either/or and you dress it against the side of the shot glass and gently pour the liqueur over the top of it so it runs on the sides it floats right on top of the gluon it's fairly simple okay so we have Bailey's and now we are topping this with Grand Marnier and there you have a b-52 you have the three layers you can definitely see the difference in between them all it's a fun shot to serve when you're having a party your friends over and it's fairly delicious if you're getting risky you can even start it on fire I would not recommend it but enjoy the shot check us out on for your poison calm and pour your poison Facebook
