hello you guys this is a fox for a chair sash Christmas edition and I am so glad that you subscribe you I'm so glad to have you back thank you for watching um today I'm using this burlap sash ribbon that I purchased from one of my back in September I used I showed it in my saw decor tag and as you know I keep me some rust-oleum gold paint I believe in spring uh I think I'm addicted to spraying but when I do it I do it outside so what I'm doing now is just rolling out the ribbon and I'm going to spray some rust Oleum on it first we need to shake this skin but I'm gonna spray the gold metallic finish not to really change the color it doesn't do much for changing the color but it just takes the dullness off the ribbon and give it a little glaze of a shine so that's what I wanted I wanted to have such like a little glaze I wish I had some glitter to sprinkle in it and for extra shimmer but that's okay we don't have it so I went to Walmart and I purchased this fabric you buy it by the yard and it was $11.44 a yard and it only took one yard to make my sashes now so I'm measuring off my sashes and continuing to cut out I'm going to make six of them because I will be setting my table for six of this year for Christmas and now I'm spraying the fabric this is like a slower machine in a can so I'm spreading with the scotch he said super 77 and he said glue it's so quick it dries fast and one I was already made just that quick in less than a minute okay so here it is I am tied to my chair and then one reason why what made me want to make a sash is because look at my chair look what color it is I absolutely love my chair it's very traditional fabric but it's very hard to change your tablescape because of all the rich goals and greens and in it I always wanted to use those colors so I figured why not camouflage it with a big pretty such and you can do this in any color any fur in his style so this was what I chose and I absolutely loved it okay I'm so happy I did this look how pretty that is and let me tell you this adhesive glue it's it's like a sewing machine you can seriously it held on it stopped all that shedding of the fur and seal the deal and my sash is completed just like that now you can for deck or you can add your favorite ornaments dangle them down the side here's another cute little way like a little Santa sash hanging off the shoulder but my favorite way to put a sash on this chair is to put it right down the center and just tie a little knot right there and just open their bows out and let them hang isn't that pretty no you needed some jewels or your favorite ornament to hang from the center of it and you got it now she's okay but it's better to use the one that dangles and one is a little bit more pointy and larger just for a greater effect and appeal but she'll do for now as you see I have all my slashes on the table next to the chairs I am working hard and it's early in the morning you guys well this is a great project it was very simple to make I hope that you can use this idea it'll go great with eight own winter wonderland Christmas wouldn't that make a nice wrap for your chairs well thank you guys for watching as always thanks for subscribing welcome back and thanks for continuing to support me love you guys bye
