hey guys I'm here in Bondi Beach in Sydney Australia yeah you guys having from Bondi hello we are making a cracker meal we're making some beetroot perhaps with trout avocado pomegranates lemon rocket gonna be amazing I've got some delicious little crepes oh crap yeah you know which I'm Wade Barrett how'd you put them together look awesome so what I did first was just basically put some buckwheat flour we got almond milk our greater than some beetroot a little bit of salt whisk it together always magic coconut oil in the pan cooked it maybe like two minutes flips it over another two minute yeah that's it like it's it's super simple great color and you know that last maybe like a week in the fridge as well so you could maybe make them for lunch the next day some different fillings they smell sweet too yeah there's a bit of sweetness from the beetroot on the arm and milk as well yeah don't let them blow it like to and what have you bought what have you brought to the table it's like rainbow trout perfect we've got some beautiful pomegranates coming through at the moment another I'm obsessed so I think there's gonna be a wicked salad to roll up in your yeah sexy looking crazy I know aren't there beautiful color so cut the pomegranate open yep oh they look so good and I'm gonna get the avocado this is a beauty the keeper that is a feeding unlike your Aussie yeah slang you spend some time here I know I just picked up a few words when I first got back I had like a full-on accent yeah so scrape out the flesh and then we're just going to bash it down or mash it down just get some lemon in here as well yep a little bit of citrus I think all that vacati needs is lemon and salt waiter for me I feel like we can start doing yeah on I will make you on for sure here we go so crap beautiful avocado how much do you want fat bet I feel like you're yeah I'm gorgeous a little sprinkle pomegranate and what do we call rocket to our American fans what is it it's not a rumor oh yeah rubella arugula arugula that looks good it looks Peters thank you for watching us make these delicious trout crap definitely check out Pandey harvest have got an awesome YouTube and an amazing website called bond a harvest calm that's a one subscribe to my channel to see thing you
