here's how to dress your couch for the holidays the best kind of sheet is a Jersey sheet it stretches just the way that your t-shirt would lay the sheet out on the bottom of the couch and set the skirt length then throw the rest of the sheet over the back and tuck in the sides then come back to the front readjust the skirt and make pleats so that it'll be nice in front make the pleats on both sides and smooth out the bottom so that you can put the cushions on top of it tuck in the sheet at the sides and the back so that it'll stay still when the cushions are on it and now the couch is ready firmly place the cushions down on top of the sheet begin to pull the sheet over the cushions tightening and tucking as you go pull it nice and tight so that it has a really good look to it then begin tucking it in underneath the cushion careful not to pull the skirt up and continue to tuck and pull if you're like me you have pets so I do a once-over for hair notice how tightly the jersey stretches over the cushions next up it's time to wrap the pillows the pillowcases may seem a bit small at the beginning but they stretch just like everything else is the trick is in getting the corners to fit so you got to stick your arms up there and make sure that it's all nice and tight finally fold in the tail of the pillowcase and give it a nice square look by tightening it and there you have it at last arrange the pillows so that they suit your needs and you'll notice that I used some white pillowcases to kind of break up the red add pillows and festive cloth napkins as our cover protectors
