Next up on copykat.com how to cook a corned
beef in a pressure cooker. this is Stephanie Manley with
copykat.com. Today I want to show you how easy it is to
pressure cook a corned beef. I have an instant pot here, it's one of my
favorite cooking utensils and I have lots of great videos here on YouTube using the
instant pot. Be sure to check out my playlist for those,
and today we're gonna do a corned beef. It's very easy. I have a corned beef that has been trimmed
from the butcher and all we're going to do is we're gonna put in our instant pot or you
can use a regular pressure cooker. I'm just gonna stick in there and I'm going
to add about one in three quarters cup of water. If you'd like you can use a beer, a nice dark
hardy beer, like Guinness or something. Or you can just use something like lighter
like a Pilsner or Budweiser if you like something a little bit lighter. I'm going to go ahead and add the seasoning
packet that comes in with the pressure cooker. I'm going to simply cook this for 90 minutes
on the meat setting and we're going to let it do a natural release so we will come back
when this is done and I'll show you a wonderful cream horseradish sauce to go with this. Our corned beef has finished cooking in the
pressure cooker and let me tell you something, This is the most tender corn beef I have ever
made, it literally just shreds apart. This is going to be my new way to make corned
beef until I decide I want to bake it with mustard and brown sugar again. But ,hey, this is really good. I promised a quick and easy sauce to serve
with this. I have in here about a cup of source cream
and I'm going to add a good tablespoon of horseradish. This is the prepared horseradish though, this
isn't a cream sauce or anything to start out with. It's actually grated horseradish. You will notice that when you first open it
and first use it, it's a little bit hotter and it softens over time in the level of heat. You might want to test yours out to make sure
you don't make yours too hot. We're going to try our corned beef in just
a moment. Be sure to subscribe at our channel we release
videos every Sunday and Wednesday. Also drop me a comment down below, what recipe
you'd like to see next. Let's go ahead and give this a try, this is
outstanding, this is really good. I definitely think that you should make this
recipe, it tastes just fabulous. Be sure to subscribe again and also you can
