back to the topic of this video. We start by chopping 500 grams of rhubarb into
smaller pieces then we put the rhubarb into a saucepan we use a scale to measure our yam sugar it should be the equal amount of sugar
at rhubarb so we put in about 500 grams for this patch we put in some cardamom
about 1 tablespoon it will taste amazing then you need an organic lemon that you
need to squeeze we only need to add the juice. We set the saucepan on the stove and prepare our yars we give it a little stir and then we
wait for it to start boiling we take a towel so we can put the jars on that it
only need to boil for about five minutes now it's done
we take our jars and place them on the towel we pour the rhubarb marmalade
carefully into the jars and feel with the lids. What do you like to can please
leave it down in the comments I would really like to know now we just wait for the rhubarb
marmalade to cool and the lid to pop then we can store our delicious
marmalade in our pantry and take it out in the winter to have it with cheese and
crackers that's it for this episode see you in the next one if you haven't
